Non-distribution clause: No surplus, profit or asset may ever be distributed to members, directors or connected persons. Every penny of income is used exclusively to advance our charitable purposes.
Board Structure
Six independent members govern the organisation, including two unrelated directors. All board members serve voluntarily, without personal financial benefit. The board meets at minimum quarterly, with minutes kept for every meeting. All bank transactions require authorisation from at least two unrelated directors or a director and the Chair of the Board.
Financial Transparency
We will publish our first annual accounts on this page following our first full accounting period. In the meantime, supporters can contact us directly for a financial summary. All grant income is ring-fenced for the specific purposes described in each application. All expenditure requires board authorisation in advance.
