Throughout his career, he has worked alongside and consulted for industry leaders, global brands, and multinational organisations, earning a reputation for strategic insight, innovation, and the ability to deliver results in complex, fast-moving environments. He previously led a global consulting, production, and R&D firm operating across four continents, where he managed high-profile projects, developed large-scale operational frameworks, and built strong cross-sector partnerships. This extensive background has shaped a leadership style grounded in clarity, collaboration, and long-term vision. Alongside his corporate and consultancy achievements, he brings years of hands-on expertise in saltwater aquarium husbandry, giving him practical, technical understanding of coral and marine systems. His well-established connections across the UK and US aquaculture industries further strengthen Coral Futures’ ability to collaborate, innovate, and build impactful programmes. His deep personal commitment to ocean protection — shaped in part by extensive involvement in Hawai‘i’s marine and nature conservation efforts — fuels the mission and direction of Coral Futures Research & Innovation Centre. Combining entrepreneurial success, scientific curiosity, and a global perspective, he provides the strategic leadership needed to drive meaningful and lasting change in coral conservation.
